We're building a safe, respectful, and creative space for everyone. Our Community Guidelines help keep our platform fair, secure, and enjoyable. By using our app and creating channels, you agree to follow these rules.

If you're creating a channel and sharing content, you're a creator on our platform!

1 - Prohibited Content

1.1 - Pornographic content:

  • Pornography of minors
  • Adult content with obvious sexual innuendos and sexual suggestions
  • Nudity and pornographic content

1.2 - Content that violates social stability:

Such as illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, offensive, inflammatory, invading others' privacy, based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, or other offensive or inappropriate content.

1.3 - Bloody and violent content:

Violent bloody images that are likely to cause discomfort to the human body, content that promotes violence, hatred, etc.

1.4 - Intellectual property infringement:

Content that infringes on any party's patents, copyrights or other intellectual property rights.

2 - Content Ownership & Copyright

  • Only upload content you own or have the rights to use.
  • Do not share copyrighted material (movies, music, TV shows, etc.) unless you have permission.
  • If you receive a copyright claim, you must take appropriate action to resolve it.

3 - Respectful & Safe Content

  • No harmful, violent, or explicit content.
  • No misleading or deceptive content (fake news, scams, etc.).

4 - User Engagement & Responsibility

  • Engage with your audience respectfully - no harassment or toxic behavior.
  • If users report issues with your content, address them responsibly.
  • Do not encourage harmful actions or challenges.
  • No promoting illegal activities (hacking, drugs, fraud, etc.).

5 - Reporting & Violations

  • If your channel violates our rules, it may be demonetized, restricted, or banned.
  • Repeated violations will result in account suspension or termination.
  • You can report copyright claims or guideline issues through our support team.

6 - Things You Cannot Do

In addition, you agree not to engage in the following behaviors:

  • Data cheating: There is data cheating, such as hiring someone to promote your channel, generating fake data, etc., which ultimately affects billing revenue.
  • Video spam: Excessive posting of repetitive, non-targeted or meaningless content.
  • Diversion: Promising viewers that they will see something, but directing them away from the website.
  • Plagiarism: Plagiarizing or moving content posted by others unless approved by the original creator in advance.

7 - Penalties and Punishments

For violations of the above regulations, the platform will take the following measures depending on the degree of violation, including but not limited to:

  • For violations, including but not limited to data cheating, negative guidance, etc., relevant measures will be taken, such as deletion, suggestion for modification, restriction of circulation of relevant content, punishment of relevant accounts, etc.
  • For negative content, your account may face the risk of restriction of circulation, deletion, suspension of subsidy payment to the user, etc.
  • If the user violates relevant laws and regulations, serious circumstances will be reported to the relevant departments and their legal responsibilities will be investigated.

We do not assume any responsibility for all actions we take against violations of this policy. The actions we may take are not limited to the above actions, and we may also take any other actions that we reasonably deem appropriate.
